A living tribute to the beauty of our heritage

A walk, not far from my home, on the banks of the Loire brought me to the Carolingian oratory of Germigny des Prés. This building, over 1000 years old, captivated me.

The “Oratory” collection emanates directly from the dazzle felt at the thought of this building, this mosaic fresco, so sumptuous, so brilliant. I wanted to restore, translate part of the beauty of this Byzantine-inspired work, beyond its religious symbol.
